Don Ware is a founder and Partner of K4.

Prior to forming K4, Don served as President of two Philadelphia-based manufacturing businesses. Don was also a key team member with the ownership group of these businesses during their acquisition processes. Prior to becoming President of these companies, Don worked as a corporate banker for Scotiabank in New York focusing on credit platforms. He received his BA in Mathematics from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Wake Forest University.

Don lives in Wayne, PA, with his wife Annie, sons Richie and Tommy, daughter Marie, and Harlan the hound dog. He enjoys golf, the Talking Heads, crossword puzzles, and manufacturing.

Brandon Adams is a founder and Partner of K4.

Prior to forming K4, Brandon was a Vice President with The Blackstone Group’s yield-oriented investment platform, Harvest. Brandon served as a member of the investment committee and evaluated opportunities in both long-only and long/short investment strategies. Prior to Blackstone, Brandon served as a reconnaissance team leader in the United States Army. He received his BA in International Politics from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Temple University.

Brandon lives in Wayne, PA, with his wife Amy, daughter Livy, son Wes, and Fozzie Bear the Goldendoodle. He enjoys golf, functional fitness, and DIY home projects.
